I am obsessed with mason jars; everything from spices, to lentils, to flowers, to make-up brushes have been put into mason jars. They make everything look hipster and cute – I can’t get enough. The other great thing about them is you can transfer food without it spilling, like smoothies, or yogurt parfaits.

Adding these to your meal prep make for easy, on-the-go breakfasts throughout the week. My granola is homemade courtesy of my mom, but you can find healthy, sugar-free granola at the grocery store.


Mason Jar Parfait

Ingredients (per jar)
1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (or you can use plain and put honey in it)
1/2 cup granola
Fill the rest of the jar with berries
