I see November as a month to reset (unless you are American and then you have to worry about Thanksgiving), our Thanksgiving is done, Halloween just passed, and all that is coming up is many Christmas dinners. During November you can get away with laying low; avoiding going out for dinners, maybe its too cold to go out for brunch, you can’t go to the ski hill yet. Its really just a limbo month, waiting on December. Which is why it is the perfect time to reset your health and habits.
