I wrote an article about Global Gardens Group for my company a few months ago and it explained the product they were working on – milk made from vegetables, specifically pea protein, tapioca and potato – aka Veggemo. I know that sounds kind of disgusting and confusing about how that turns into milk, but trust me its actually amazing and a change from all the soy, almond, and rice milk around. It comes in unsweetened, original, and vanilla.

This oatmeal  is adapted from their website, and it is the perfect solution to my early morning spin classes. I can now get up 10 minutes later because I don’t have to worry about making food before. Plus it is very flexible in what you can add to it, any dried fruits, nuts, regular fruit; all the things. And if you don’t want to leave it overnight, you can make it like regular oatmeal in a pot or in the microwave and eat it right away.Check out Veggemo you can get it at Co-op.
