Gearing up for the craziness that is December, I already find myself putting my workouts aside for other things that need to get done – dinners, shopping, family, cleaning, etc. But just because the weekends are filling up doesn’t mean my gym time needs to suffer. I downloaded a bunch of new songs to get my motivation back up and will be hitting the weights for all the pumpkin pie that is waiting for me this month.
