I have had a lot of time in the past couple weeks to spend at the gym since I don’t have a job anymore (one of the benefits I guess?) which means I’ve needed a longer playlist and one that will help me get through extra cardio. 

I also have started upping the weight; giving myself more of a challenge. I didn’t even realize I was sitting on a plateau and not pushing myself hard enough to keep seeing change. All of a sudden I was like I can lift more than this – and then I did. Sometimes it’s nice to be your own motivation.
