dsc_6872-1 This fall/winter we are having is turning out to be a bit tricky in terms of what kind of jackets to be wearing and bringing with you. Safest bet is to have a stash of jackets and sweaters in your vehicle just in case we have a random snowstorm or heat wave; you just never really know. Taking advantage of the weather situation, the possibilities for layering are endless. It’s kind of like when you can’t decide what to wear, now you can just wear every option you had in mind. This outfit took all the patterns and textures you could possibly find, and layer it all together. Take the plaid pattern, soft grey sweater, puffy vest and cotton t-shirt and boom, winter layers at their finest.  We went out to Upper Kananaskis lake for a mini hike and wintery photoshoot for Alberta Branded. I’m working with the founders on their Instagram and who can ever pass up a photoshoot? Not me, that’s for sure. It was a little bit chilly, but the photos turned out great with the overcast and bright snow. I brought along three of my friends, and photoshoots are a blast when it’s not just me. We had a few outfit changes, so stay tuned for the upcoming posts 😉 dsc_6876-1
